Located just a 1-minute walk from the main pedestrian street and La Spezia Centrale Railway Station, our property offers a perfect retreat away from traffic, while providing quick access to the splendid Cinque Terre and other tourist destinations. Surrounding the area, you will find restaurants, shops and local business. The tourist port, connecting Portovenere, Portofino, Palmaria Island and Cinque Terre, is only 500m away. Additionally, the bus stop and pedestrian area are only 50m away, while the train station and taxi area are just 100m away.

How to reach us

With the train

La Spezia is easily accessible by train from all major Italian cities. The travel time depends on the city of origin and the type of train. Once there, get out of Railway Station and turn left on street XX Settembre. Our property is located at Piazza Saint Bon 15, within the historical building Calderai.

Trains to Cinque Terre:
Riomaggiore: traveling time 8 minutes
Manarola: traveling time 11 minutes
Corniglia: traveling time 15 minutes
Vernazza: traveling time 20 minutes
Monterosso: traveling time 24 minutes

By Plane

The nearest airport is located in Pisa, approximately 84 km away. Alternatively, you can also consider using the airports in Genoa, which is about 110 km away, or Florence, about 110 km away. If you’re arriving from Milan, the airports are situated approximately 240 km away. All of these cities are well-connected to La Spezia by train. Additionally, our facility provides a shuttle service upon request and subject to availability, for which charges may apply.

By Ferry

Guests also have the option to reach La Spezia by ferry. Additionally, we offer an affordable shuttle service to the harbors of Lerici, Portovenere, and La Spezia.

By Car

Whether you are arriving from the north or south of Italy, guests traveling by car should take the A12 highway and follow the signs to La Spezia, then head towards the Central Station. Our facility is conveniently located near the Railway Station, inside the pedestrian Saint Bon square. Nearby, you will find both public and private parking options. We also offer a limited number of private parking slots which can be requested and confirmed during the reservation process. Please note that parking fees may vary depending on the season.

Located a few steps from the station, you can reach the Cinque Terre in just 5 minutes.
